I immediately discounted the life expectancy test as soon as it listed BMI, the body mass index is stone age science for what a healthy weight is, body fat percentage is a much more accurate gauge while in the BMI world there is only fat and lean mass and muscle doesn't exist. BMI is pure quackery.
