This worth the 60 bucks? I have played the demo but it is very limited and looks shitty, need another opinion. I love the game play

I have it and it is a lot of fun. The end boss is cheap but the gameplay and graphics are great in my opinion, glad I bought it instead of Dead Space 2.

If you've played Marvel v Capcom 2, then you know what you'll be getting with this new one.

It's basically SFIV on acid. Pretty, manic and insane over-the-top action. More room for error than SFIV when it comes to pulling off special moves, and requires less skill overall.

I'd buy this if it was cheap because I dig the characters so much, but I don't see the point because I'm still playing Super SFIV.

Yeah, it's pretty dope. Got the cool missions section which is fun to play but when you get to the 7th and up that shit gets super tough.

Online is fun as hell if you got some friends to play with. Just all get in a lobby and it's like winner stays.

Some of the characters are ridiculously unbalanced, but oh well.

It's pretty fun, but I think they need to tone down x factor. It's way to easy to accomplish 100% damage combos with them especially if you're Sentinel (think SF4 Sagat on crack). I realize they wanted to lower the execution bar to give newer players a chance, but they already threw in easy mode for those button mashers.

Overall it's a fun game because of the creativity allowed in combos. Essentially, if you can think it, you can do it. I get pleasure out of juggling people to oblivion and reading the hilariously explicit hate mail that usually follows.

I don't think this game will have a competitive scene for very long though. I know it won't come close to a decade of MVC2 mayhem. Overall, MVC2 fans are split on this game. I think it's a fun game, but not one to be taken too serioualy like TvC. At least in it's current form.

My main team is currently Wesker/Dante/Deadpool with an alternate team of Super Skrull/Dormammu/Captain America. I also play a bit of Doom and Zero here and there.

Sentinel players can fuck off and I have a feeling more often than not players online use the simple controls over the normal, since it's always the same combos that get me.  And I love the game but I hate playing people online when they always pick Sentinel, I'm over it.  Easy to pick up for people who aren't the best at 2d fighters, but I'd rather go back to Super SFIV personally online, at home though it'd be fun.
