This movie to me is just Iron Man 3 and that's the way I'm going to see, just another Iron Man movie because he's the strongest character there. Maybe if they had pick er Norton again as Hulk it would be another story, hell, even Sam Rockwell(who was in Iron Man 2) would have been a great if not spectaculat Hulk but I don't think anyone, except for Sam Jackson can go toe to toe, acting wise, with Downey.
By the way the action looks wonderful. The Hulk catching Tony and then Stark bringing in that huge ship behind him for a trap is going to look beautiful on the big screen. I'm hoping it will be in IMAX, not 3d though, just regular IMAX. It would be worth the extra bucks imo.
"The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."
Director says he wouldn't of made those too arty and too actiony Hulk flops and will unleash the green rage.
He's toned down the Iron Man over balance, leaving that for IM III.
Unlike the set ups for the Avengers (Cap, Iron, Thor etc..), he intends this film to be not 'When the next part?'' but ''I wanna see that again!'', good.
It's going to be from Captain America's perspective.
I read somewhere they attempted reworking the script with Tony being kind of center stage, and it just wasn't working. So it got redone to have Captain America be the pivot point-- which actually is good because Cap is like our "Luke", he's the character who isn't used to big robots or the other characters.
If Tony is like our Han Solo, I'm happy. If he's like the second foremost character, I'll get my Tony fix.
