Uppanotch is one of my favorite groups, they’re consistent, and lyrically few spitters can even keep up with them. This is their latest video called Silently Fallin’ and its incredible. Once again the lyrics are seriously a step above 99% of the rappers out there and they basically breakdown why people arent buying records anymore and isnt because you can get the shit so easily for free, it’s because people no longer put their heart into their craft, the passion is gone, shit is weak. Listen to Uppanotch as they sail smoothly over this mellow beat showing you exactly why their records are worth the purchase. This track is off the album 11 which Uppanotch dropped last year I think i dropped the audio back then as well, scoop that.
Uppanotch just hit me off with a new track they did with S. Habib and it’s produced by DJ Bazooka Joe and I gotta say that beat is sick reminds me a of Rhymes Like Dimes, and Uppanotch killed this joint.
Uppanotch just hit me off with a joint foe their latest release Uppademics which is a really awesome concept. It’s a not for profit movement that helps high school and college students balance their studies while still working on their artistry. This can be heard on the album as Uppanotch has invited many of kids to perform on the album alongside them. The album drops June 23rd look out for it.

Uppanotch has released a new album entitled 11. These guys are great they were previously on Mindbenda Records headed by X-Ray of Monsta Island Czars and they remind me a lot of Scienz of Life. Since the blogs arent up on these guys like we are we’ll give you a little taste off the album called Silently Fallin’ which is basically a lyrical look at the state of the record industry a solid track by Uppanotch.
